With the Bosu ball as equipment, we get combination of explosive plyometrics (jumping), abdominal work, and intervals make this class an intense effective workout. The focus of this class is balance within – the start of the class consists of a gentle warm up, then moves into a combination of postures flowing together to allow you to feel strong and centered. High Intensity Training
A conditioning class focusing on using the latest in interval training. This class is not for the faint of heart and is designed to sculpt, tone and devleop muscle definition in your entire body. Kettlebells, tubing, medicine balls, stability balls, Gliding Discs, ViPRs and BOSU trainers will be used.

Experience the ride of your life! This indoor-cycling workout is deisgned to improve your cardiovascular fitness while maximizing your caloric burn by incorporating interval-based drills and effective coaching drills You'll have so much fun you'll forget how hard you are working. JUMP Reformer
Sweat it out in your pilates practice with this workout that incorporates jumping intervals on the Cardio Tramp to torch calories and give you a total body challenge. These fun classes are designed for students who have minimal joint and back issues and who have taken a Reformer session with us and/or have received instructor approval.
Mom & Baby Fusion
This post natal class offers new mothers a great way to work out while bonding with their little one. The class will offer poses that will both strengthen and tone your body, poses focusing on core stability, strengthening through your pelvic floor and others that are just simply a riot to do with your little one. This class will leave you feeling strong, relaxed, and even closer to your baby.

Purna Yoga ™
Purna Yoga, a type of hatha yoga, consists of physical postures and stretches. The poses are done individually and are held for a length of time. Three main points distinguish Purna Yoga from other types of hatha yoga. Focus is placed on alignment in the postures in order to keep the joints and body safe. Props are used to support the poses and the focus is on stretching rather than building cardiovascular strength. Lastly, the class begins and ends with meditation creating a peaceful, calm feeling and helping to center the mind. Pre-Natal Fusion
Pregnancy Yoga and Pilate's go hand in hand: Pilate's will help you develop your powerhouse. With your abs, backs, and kegel muscles strengthened you will have a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Furthermore, Pilate's can be modified easily as your body changes throughout your journey. Restorative yoga poses will also be incorporated to lengthen and stretch your body, decreasing stress and preparing you mentally for labour. Finishing off with a wonderful savasana, this class will have you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Pilates Mat
A dynamic full-body workout will be the focus of this pilates class, while improving flexibility, stamina and strength. Feel your whole body tighten and tone throughout this work out that may vary class to class. Small props such as flex bands, fitness circles and toning balls may be incorporated to intensify further.

Reformer
This class uses the most popular piece of Pilates equipment – the reformer. Strengthen and stretch your entire body while performing popular Pilates exercises against spring resistance. As classes are limited to 4 participants therefore individual attention, pacing and modifications will be stressed. Classes build upon each other increasing in intensity as the weeks progress.

Spinyasa
Cycling and yoga unite in this head-to-toe, athletic workout. Combining 40 minutes of cycling with 35 minutes of yoga to optimize balance, flexibility and strength. Finish off with a nice, long stretch and shavasana at the end. A class for those that want it all!

This intense cardio-strength class is designed to challenge you with a today's hottest fitness tool.
