Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes Awareness and Prevention
34% of all female and 32% of all male deaths in Canada in 2002 were due to heart diseases, diseases of the blood vessels and stroke. Are you at risk? Knowing the risk factors and what you can do to minimize your risk is an important step in prevention. Have you been thinking of signing up for your first race, but are at a loss for where to start? Weve got the class for you! Learn about pace setting, injury prevention, nutrition and cross-training as you work your way to running your first 5km race.

Fusion
Inspired by yoga and Pilates, this invigorating stretch and strength class focuses on balance and strength to centre your mind and rejuvenate the body. This total body strengthening class focuses on building a strong, centered core while tightening and toning the rest of your body.

Bootcamp
Spend time indoors and out while strengthening your muscles, increasing your cardio and improving your flexibility. This mixed class will have you going back to the fundamentals while delivering the results you want!

Core Training
Looking for ways to tighten you abdominals, reduce back pain or improve your posture? Join us for this time effective class targeting your core. See how everyday movements become easier and your tummy tighter by incorporating these moves into your fitness regime.

Outdoor Adventure
At Infinite Fitness, we believe that life should be lived to the fullest. We provide links to monthly events for everyone to get fit but more importantly have fun! Events include canoeing, rock-climbing, snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, cycling and more!

Group Challenges

Incredible Urban Race
Let's leave the stress of work behind for an active fun filled day of friendly challenges! Teams will zip from one station to the next testing out their skills, coordination and wellness knowledge! Being active will simply be a bi-product of having fun!

Be-fit challenge
Earn points for your healthy choices! Be active, maintain a healthy weight, and choose healthy foods. Points can be used to purchase water bottles, gift certificates and other healthy options!

Commuter Challenge
Designate a day where employees are encouraged to used alternate means of getting to work. Encourage cycling, taking public transport walking or even inline skating. Reap the health rewards of not using a car  not to mention the positive impact on the environment!

Body Shaping Challenge
Invite your staff to take part in a fitness challenge to shape and tone their bodies through participation in a healthy and active lifestyle. This 8 week challenge will leave participants a little healthier and the winner and little richer!

Wellness Surveys
Decreased productivity? Increased absenteeism? Is your workplace lacking the energy it used to have? Identifying the source of trouble is the first step toward solving the issues. Health and Fitness Screening
Infinite Fitness offers assessments to evaluate your cardiovascular system, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture. Use these tools to help identify potential risk factors for disease, injury, areas of strength and areas that need improvement.

Personal Training
Personal Training options include body shaping and weight loss, pre & post natal fitness, mind-body fitness, sport conditioning, functional core training and post-rehabilitation (recovery from an injury or surgery).

Individual Nutrition/Activity Coaching
Having someone supporting and encouraging you as you work toward you goals can help keep your motivation high! Using our e-coach services can help keep you on track, while a professional answers your questions and provides tips and suggestions to improve your nutrition and physical activity.
