Infinite Fusion, Infinite Fitness’ newest family member, has officially opened its doors in the Shoppes of Terwillegar Gardens (23rd Avenue & Rabbit Hill Road). This state of the art yoga and pilates studio is wrapped in natural light and soothing earth tones.
With over 30 yoga classes offered each week and 9 pilates mat classes, we are sure to have the class that you are looking for. Since opening Infinite Fitness in May 2007, clients and neighbours have expressed a desire to have top notch yoga and pilates classes. We are proud and excited to tell you that time has come.
Pilates classes are based behind the STOTT PILATES methodology. Classes are progressive in nature and are tuned into each individual within the class. We understand that everybody’s bodies and needs are different and accommodate those differences with modifications and props to ensure you are getting the most of your class. We currently offer, classes for beginners to advance, as well as classes using small props that simulate the workouts commonly found on the reformers. We will be offering reformer classes in early fall 2010.
Our Yoga program is one of the most extensive in Edmonton. With over 10 different styles, ranging in length, style and speed you can be certain to find your fit within the classes. Some of our classes currently include:
