At Infinite Fitness we realize that our business is only as good as our Trainers and Customer Service Reps. Meaning we only recruit and hire the best. We know that our clients want their personal trainer to exhibit the same qualities as any provider of any professional service, say, a lawyer, accountant or physician — a high degree of knowledge in their field, demonstrated expertise, plus a personality that’s compatible with theirs. And we know that our clients also want to ensure that our Customer Service Reps strive to take care of the administrative and operation details so they are never inconvenienced.

Infinite Fitness is committed to offering an extensive, cutting-edge Personal Training program including one-on-one training, small group and large group training, outdoor adventures and educational lectures.

It’s exactly this type of accountability that most people need to help them stick to a program and get great results! Because we don’t have 8000 members to manage, we can really take care of our clients. We pride ourselves in our attention to details and the service and value we offer the people who have trusted their health and fitness to us.

One Goal…Infinite Possibilities

  • Your sessions are all about you. Every Personal Training program is different — one size does not fit all! Depending on your goals, physical fitness level, interests, and your individual muscular imbalances, your trainer will design a custom-fit program perfect for you. When you decide to work with a trainer, you can book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You can train as often as you like with your trainer or as little as once every 4-8 weeks just to keep you on track and make a few changes to your program. Perhaps you’d like to start a running program, lose those first or last 10lbs, go hiking or train to improve your golf game. It’s your session and we want to accommodate your goals, your needs, and your interests.
  • Customer retention is a priority. Infinite Fitness holds one of the industry’s lowest dropout rates.
  • Client events are offered monthly including activities such as Hiking, Snowshoeing, Running clinics, Indoor Rock Climbing, Whitewater Rafting Adventures and other adventures. Working out with us is not just a workout — it’s a lifestyle. We strive to make exercise fun.
  • We focus on the small details right down to the amenities in the locker rooms, to the fruit in the lounge, to the inspiring quotes found throughout the facility.
  • We distribute quarterly client surveys to determine our strengths, weaknesses and needs from our clients. Your feedback helps us to be our best.
  • A comprehensive Customer Service-training program is mandatory for all Infinite Fitness Personal Trainers and Customer Service staff.
